All that space and plumbing could have been avoided if a water to air intercooler was used.
A water to air intercooler is an intercooler with a water jacket on it and can be placed on the side of or on top of the intake. Then a radiator would be plumbed below or in front of the existing water radiator.
    This has 3 advantages.
    1. There is no need to disfigure the vehicle.
    2. Plumbing distance and elbows are GREATLY reduced optimizing the efficiency of the turbo and you wont get the lag as in the set-up above due to the distance being short for the boost to travel.
    3. The are new liquids that can be used that dissipate heat much more efficiently than ambient air as in the intercooler (air to air) used in the et-up above.

That was the way we set up the HUMMERS and they where truly, truly beasts….

    Oh, leave it to Chopper....

T/C isnt very likely to happen without Foose (and some $$) or some other fab master on your side at this point. And a S/C is just about as likely now that the kits have gone for a walk on the mammoth's back.

    Alpine S/C has been flawless

My Alpine S/C has been flawless with no problems whatsoever since it's install. Changing the serpentine belt can be somewhat of a problem since you have to dismantle a few things and i'll be getting into that pretty soon. Otherwise, BeeVenom has had a very noticeable change in performance although i don't know exact hp change. I'm figuring probably 40-50hp??? but will dyno it this coming Spring. S/C is the way to go I think.
