Thanks Billy for all the pictures. I will try to post mine tomorrow. But your pretty much tell the story. I will investigate more capsites around there in the next few months. A friend told me that if I follow the main rim round about 30 miles in we can cap on the ledge of a huge rock at 7,500 ft of elevation and about a 3,000 foot drop.

Yep.....Traci had never been there so when we got to the top of the hill i took her over to the edge of the guard rail to show her the cars and parts pilled up at the bottom that couldnt be recovered........Canyon Lake is closed to boating? NO WATER IN IT! first time ive seen that.
