No, it's chrome & I don't remember the manufacturer (got it at Advance Auto). I think etlsport has one showing in some of the pix in his gallery (I was wrong - his is different - I'll try to post a pic tomorrow).
I added this to the 'Nother Garage Sale' thread.

I have the hitch step installed but can't get the lights to work (looks great though). I'll post some pix as soon as I get the lights working.
