OK, since I want a Foxfire, I would be happy to find a stock one, with this many miles, in nice condition for $7k-$9k.

$7K to $9K sound about right.
Problem is, not that many buyers even know what the hell a VX is!
Oh, and that darn 15 MPG figure really sucks... gas is NOT getting any cheaper and sub 20 MPG vehicles are on the way down in price.
I'd start at $9K and negotiate from there.
Sold the VX 11-21-07. It was fun while I had it!
