I have a feeling that once I go to HID's I won't WANT to go back to halogens. We don't have any vehicle inspections here in Colorado either, so the lights not being DOT approved doesn't matter to me either. I just wonder WHY the kits aren't DOT approved. Too bright? Guess I have some reading to do on the site.

Thanks for the info regarding the plug and play. Like I said above, I don't think that I would ever want to go back to halogens, but I just hate to chop up my VX. She's almost bone stock, and the mods that I DO do are usually very subtle. I just didn't want to have to hack up my headlight housings.

Looks like I'll be giving these guys a call soon.
