How come Republicans hide being gay?

Would I be right in assuming that a few right wingers are trying to change the subject to cladding polish because it is kinda hard to put a positive spin on the GOP seeping quickly down the sewer. If I was a republican, I'd do the same thing.....

No I am pretty sure that to everyone else in the group that is not trying to point out others wrongs and solve all the problems in the government on a car forum that there are a few people that would rather talk about the similarities we have as a group and help people out instead of point fingers at the "few right wingers". I thought you would try to be a little more tolerant of other peoples views instead of "assuming" whatever you want about good people on this forum to make a statement that is completely accusatory and uncalled for especially since I am assuming not too many people are too concerned with talking about such things here. Feel free to talk all you want it is your choice, but in my opinion this conversation and your uncalled for false "assumtions" about people and intolerence for others views than your own (republicans and Christians evidently) are better taken somewhere else, and could really be stated better (less harsh) as I think you would agree. Not trying to make a big deal out of this I respect your views and I know exactly where you are coming from, but it just seems like you have a little pride thinking you are better or at least are smarter than "Christian Republicans". When in all honesty I think this whole debate proves the point that no one is perfect, we all have things we would not want the world to know for various reasons, and none of us has it all figured out, my self certainly included. We are all searching for something and trying to fill a void in us, to answer the question as old as time, why are we here? If you answer that question by saying that you are here to bash others that are so obviously below you in intellect, do your thing, but why do it on a car forum? Oh and I use Mothers Back to Black on my cladding, it is by far the best I have experienced.

I always assumed this to be a free and open forum, based loosely around the fact we all own the same car. Some have been here six or seven years, and frankly we've said about all there is to say about cladding slicker. i've learned much more about my fellow VXers through topics like this, than all the "clean my stupid EGR" posts combined. They're a pretty easy goung bunch, and I've become quite fond of some of the members of my electronic family. There's plenty of room here for any discussion...no censorship...keep it open. Wayne

What wrong with the truth. We are in a bad situation right now ...aka Iraq because we were not told the truth. We got there because of misinformation, poor judgement, and poor leadership.
Remember Iraq and Afganistan are not the same thing. We were told they are, but the truth is they are not. 911 got us in Afganistan....Money and Greed got us in Iraq.

Don't be afraid to speak the truth, and hold people accountable for their actions whether they are a Republican or a Democrat. Our country deserves that.

I have graced this earth for 40 years, and in those years I have never seen anything like what has transpired in the last seven. Electing a man who is not mentally qualified to be the assistant manager of a Pizza Hut as leader of this country, and the free world.
I could try list GWB's major fock-ups in here, but I hear the server is running out of space and it would probably fill it's few remaining gigabites.
But I will say this.
I don't think Jesus would sit down to eat at a table full of food (America)
and turn people away because they are mexican, or because they were poor and could not afford a doctor,or because they were gay.As a matter of fact, I would like to think that Jesus would have enough love in his heart to want everyone at his table, and not just people with American flag lapel pins and gold watches.
As far as the war goes,nobody, even Jesus, thinks killing innocent people to get our hands on the tap of the worlds largest oil reserve was a wise or moral move.We have killed more Iraqi citizens then Saddam ever did, and this "were fighting them over there, so we don't have to fight them here" is just another crock of **** that this has administration has used to control us, by using fear as a weapon against it's own citizens.
Our respect around the world has decreased exponentially since GWB. I thought we were supposed to be the good guys? Even Jesus does not like us as much. How many people do we have to kill before we become the bad guys? Our boys are dying in vain over there, while buffoons in three piece suits drag their heels just long enough to blame the outcome on the democrats. Here's the bottom line on our economy.......we HAD a balanced budget.....we spent a lot of money.........Now we have the largest deficet in history. This has happened in the past 6 years. Yeah, you can say our economy is great if you take out the fact that we have the largest deficet IN OUR HISTORY. We are spending more than we take in.

That is like saying you make 50 k a year, have a wife and kids, have a house, and two cars, but you own American Express50k in credit cards. Someone has pay for those poor decisions.

Yes, someone will have to be the adult and say enough with the spending. We need to save money, and we HAVE to raise taxes to pay off our bills.

there are two hospitals here locally that are about to close the emergency room doors because of all the illegals that are in there, its become a "free" clinic. so i suppose you think that its alright that people who have lived here for years and years now are suddenly 30 to 50 miles from the nearst emergency room, or that ambulances have two less emergency rooms to handle some tradgedy, all because a flood of people think they can come here breaking our laws, and say they have the "right" to treatment that you and i have been paying for?

i would say that when we start raising our children to become human mobile bombs, when we teach our children to kill at ages of 5 and 6 yrs old. when whe start cutting faces off with piano wire, or beheading prisoners. when we start running trucks full of explosives into crowded malls, and large groups of people.......i think you could call us bad guys then.
i dont like war, but am i glad we fought the germans?? we lost our soldiers in matters of days, that compair to 4 years to reach same number. all of them im sorry we lost, but thank GOD for every one of them.

the president had been asking for funding for troops, and there were so many missed opportunitys, and all the dems did on the funding bills was load them down with subsidies (sp?) for the shrimp industry, or the peanut growers, we are talking BILLIONS. all bush was trying to do is get the soldiers funding for what they needed, and he has had to veto it, and try again, over and over, and in the meantime, our soldiers are wounded, or killed.
