This blog was a stupid idea. It was obviously only going to cause bikering with no final solution. People who write on here will not have their opinions changed just becuase of someone elses words. I have one piece of advice to all. Take a current ecomonics course and or political science course at college level and 90% of you would change your opinions. there are two hospitals here locally that are about to close the emergency room doors because of all the illegals that are in there, its become a "free" clinic. so i suppose you think that its alright that people who have lived here for years and years now are suddenly 30 to 50 miles from the nearst emergency room, or that ambulances have two less emergency rooms to handle some tradgedy, all because a flood of people think they can come here breaking our laws, and say they have the "right" to treatment that you and i have been paying for?

i would say that when we start raising our children to become human mobile bombs, when we teach our children to kill at ages of 5 and 6 yrs old. when whe start cutting faces off with piano wire, or beheading prisoners. when we start running trucks full of explosives into crowded malls, and large groups of people.......i think you could call us bad guys then.
i dont like war, but am i glad we fought the germans?? we lost our soldiers in matters of days, that compair to 4 years to reach same number. all of them im sorry we lost, but thank GOD for every one of them.

the president had been asking for funding for troops, and there were so many missed opportunitys, and all the dems did on the funding bills was load them down with subsidies (sp?) for the shrimp industry, or the peanut growers, we are talking BILLIONS. all bush was trying to do is get the soldiers funding for what they needed, and he has had to veto it, and try again, over and over, and in the meantime, our soldiers are wounded, or killed.

in an old kind of way. Terrorists can be anywhere, they are not a country. They could be a few guys living in New Jersey. So how does invading Iraq stop those guys from bombing a subway? It doesn't!
Bill Clinton tried to bomb Osama bin laden's camp years before 9-11, And to date he came closer to making Osama Bin Laden a grease spot than Bush has ever dreamed of. Bill Clinton was a Democrat right?
I find it funny that Americans are pretty much all immigrants but some Americans have such disdain for immigrants that don't share the same language or skin color or financial means.It is like the spoiled child on the playground who thinks he owns the slide because he was the first one to touch it. Don't think my disdain is just aimed at the republicans. I am mad at the Democrats for not calling out the republicans more for running this country so stupidly, without forethought, or any regard for the future of people at home and abroad.
But what makes America great is that we always strike a balance,For every Rush Limbaugh, there is a Bill Mahar, For every George Bush,There is a Hillary Clinton, and for every Indianavx,There is a hot wasabi junkie.
That's what keeps the country from becoming too conservative or too liberal.
