I'm with VX IronWoman on this. She said it very well. I don't have a dog in the fight, but Chopper was on the money with these customers being more patient than I would have been. If personal issues were impacting his ability to provide a service, the customers should have their money refunded, no questions asked. If the customer chose to wait it out instead, that would be their choice. It's an unfortunate situation all around as I don't want people to think we're ganging up on this guy in light of whatever his personal problems are. However, regardless of what the issues were, he should not have taken the money and let this much time elapse w/o doing anything, much less responding to concerns voiced by his own customers.
