Without seeing what is in the way it's hard to say. Perhaps remove te nuts from the bottom of the sway bar links and rotate the bar out of the way.

I posted info on how I changed my shocks a couple of years ago. Hope it helps!
I haven't had to remove mine so I can't give any personal advice. Below are the 2 pages from the shop manual.
I basically removed the sway bar links rotated the sway bar up and removed accordingly. Made alot easier/doable.
