that VX transformer looks pretty lame (sorry). From the picture, all it looks like is that it transforms the back half of the vehicle, and then the front is sticking out of his chest.

Sorry - I'm unaffiliated. I think I was about a year too old to really get into Transformers. That was probably the first cartoon & toy line that made me think "WTF is this supposed to be?"
That said, I found the HK toy company that sells the VX transformers:
I think the quantities start at 6 or 12 per case. Group buy anyone?
