No pictures but a quick story:

I picked up my dog from the vet one day (thankfully not in the VX). The dog got sick on the way home and went critical mass from both ends. I gagged all the way home and IMMEDIATELY shampooed the interior 3 times. The next day 3 more times - I couldn't get rid of the smell.

I found a detailer who would do the job for me. I actually wore an Army gasmask to drive it there.

He used an air ionizer for 3 days before he even started the job then tossed his cookies when he tried to drive it into the garage.

In the end, he did a great job. Get this - insurance even PAID for the detailing.

Lessons learned: 1) Only pick up sick animals in the open bed of a P'up. 2) You get really funny looks when you drive around wearing a gasmask.

Slightly off topic...but it has to do with a bird. And I think it's colon.

I decided to help my buddy move from Boston down to NY last saturday. We hopped in his 99ish Durango and were headed west on Rt. 2. I was passed out and WHAM!!! "Oh ****!" I woke up and my buddy said we may have just hit a bird. I joked it may be jammed in the grill and we'll find out later.

Later...we stopped to empty his storage locker and as I checked the front of the car there was quite possibly the biggest (dead) bird I've seen in Massachusetts.

Anyway, we decided to leave it there as we were trying to make Clemens first start. Let me tell you...nothing clears people in NYC like a dead bird hanging from the grill. We probably had 40-50 people either a) inform us we had a dead bird on our car b) look at us with the WTF look on their faces or c) yell at us with NYC greetings.

We finally parked and when we got back to the car after the game the majority of the bird was gone. All that was left was something resembling the colon/gall bladder and a ****ton of feathers. Where did it go? Who's plate is it on? I will never know...

Anyway, bird poop could be worse...

Obviously this guy is severely challenged. He can't read and he doesn't drive a VX. I guess he got what he deserved.
