Public lands petition

Hey VX fam,

I am a part of another couple off road forums that are based around the Reno/Tahoe area. They have this petition going around concerning land use and it seems legit, I haven’t signed it yet because I don’t know if it is. I thought I would post a link here and have you all look and maybe sign it if you interested.

Clint, is this petition in response to some sort of legislation proposing to close certain BLM areas? How did this come about? It seems legit to me.

I am not sure as to how this came about. I read it in a thread on the other forums I am on.

That’s the way I read it, they want to block off certain areas for protection of the environment. The thread where i got it from don’t really say much other than the original post about the link and to sign it, from there it's just replies saying they’ve signed it.

I don't know..........seems strange to sign a petition to something that doesn't require your address but it does require your e-mail address. Just my thoughts.
