    3 inches is about the most you can lift a vx without extensive work anyway, a quick search will return a lot of info on the subject... the short of it is...

    get ome 912 springs, they provide 3" of lift in the rear....
    crank your torsion bars (with wheels off the ground) until you have your desired amount of lift

    adverse effects
    with bigger tires- lost performance
    loss of turning radius
    increased stress on CV joints/boots
    some report a grinding sound from driveshaft angle
