I had a blown fuse in there too after ripping the cluster out a few times. Take a look for something hitting the bare copper lines along the back of the cluster - or look for a few scorch marks on the copper lines (a have a few of those from placing the cluster with the ignition onOriginally Posted by LittleBeast

I'd undo the screws and then pull out the cluster a bit first without unplugging anything and then try a new fuse - it could rule out that something back there is pushing against a bare copper lead...
