Just so we're clear, VXes with SC's purchased and installed after 12/02 are still under factory warranty?

What about aftermarket extended warranties? I contacted 1sourcewarranty and they informed me that installing the SC would invalidate the factory warranty *and* their extended warranty. Anybody know of a company that will cover the VX after the SC installation? Dell? what is Dell?
