Oh by the way I put the springs in by putting a block of wood on a jack and lifting the VX by the gas tank, just make sure to unbolt the shocks to make it easier.

so this adjuster is located at like past the middle of the VX more to like the rear? if so, how can that lift it, if it's more to the rear?

The torsion bars that run from your front wheels and end at the adjustment point...I.E. that is where the bolt is located. Trust us here all you got to do is turn the bolt and that lifts your front end. It may sound odd but thats all you have to do.

It also helps if you turn them the right direction. (clockwise for lift)

And take the weight off the front suspension with a jack & jack stands before cranking.

The "ballpark" rule of thumb is: 3-4 complete turns(make a reference mark) per inch of lift.

You dont have much of a choice. OME spring give about a 2.5'' and the rest is up to the tires and spacers. Take a look at my gallery and that is what you get with 912's and larger tires.

That's personal preference...if you want 3" of lift, you'll have to go with new springs in the rear, if you don't want that much lift, you could probably get by with 2" spring spacers from Independent 4x4.

For a rally look, just get a 1 or 2 inch spacer. the 31" tires give you an inch. and the higher you go the worse your handling.
