Lots of bolts to remove and the fuel rail is somewhat difficult to remove by itself. Ideally, leave the upper chamber bolted to the main so you won't have to replace that gasket too. And you can leave the injectors and rail bolted on (at least loosely) as once the 8 intake bolts are removed, you can lift the intake assembly and swap out the gaskets.
