How do I capture an image of my current desktop?

Hit the print screen key then open ms paint or what ever and paste.

I run a dual screen set-up. Thats why it looks like the windows bar(?) is in the middle, its actually on the left side of my right monitor. Left is 22inch @1680x1050, right is a 19inch @1600x1200. Icons are messy, I clean it up once a month or so, if I get to it.
