Aound here (WA) the truck scales are only open a small %age of the time, but the elecrtonic scales are always on so anyone can weigh their vehicle for free when the scales are "closed". My VX tips the scale at 4160 lbs with a full tank. Oversized tires and wheels, sub-woofer, S/C, Dynamatted, hitch, dual exhaust, air horn with compressor and tank, onboard CO2, tools, but no spare are always onboard and contributes to its heft.

Wihout mods the VX weighs about 3950 lbs. Lots of very stout parts bolted to a beefy and rigid frame make for a trucklett that "takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'"
