I'd say if you not the original owner - replace it at 75000. And do not forget to replace tensioner, two pulleys and water pump at the same time.

What uncle said..Since I'm not the original owner of mine I replaced mine at about 90k. The belt looked good but you never know. And as Uncle said replace all you can while your in there..

I havent done thisyet, but also do thermostat?. I think I remembered that from some old Isuzu info in my head...

The thermostat is located under the common chamber, so no need to replace it at this step since the procedures are not related.

Is this what what most replace with the "gator" belts?

And can you have Isuzu dealerships aquire those for servicing or are they aftermarket?
