O.K., so I know it wasn't one of the 3 choices on your list, but how about the same color Blue as on the IronMan stickers? You might even play with the idea of putting a little red dot in the center of each. That is, if the IronMan stickers are still on there, of course.
If you are set on one of the 3 in your choice list, then I don't see it making very much difference, because I think they will all look quite similar against the black cladding. Just my 2cents worth.

You could replace with titanium fasteners, which look very nice either natural or a variety of wild nitrided colors.

Lots of mediums that I would choose other than painting.

Hell, stick an LED in the center of each one and go cruisin.

I like the Titianium idea, and Bart's white with powdercoated rims. Now I really want yet another set of rims. Thinking about buying some used passport rims (if they work) and powdercoating them v-white. Where can you get custom powder coating done, and costs?

Do you have a spare oven? Eastwood actually sells the kits for doing it at home. As long as it will fit in a oven set at about 375 degrees F for 20 odd minutes, you can do many things besides the wheels. Understand it works quite well.

Note that you need a SPARE oven. Once you powdercoat in an oven, my understanding is that you cannot cook food in it afterwards.
