I really would like to find a nice used TL1000r, but funds are slim for a while

Try TLZone.net. That's where I am when I'm not hanging out here (the best forum on the planet). I've owned over 20 bikes of all sorts, and my TL1000S is the most fun I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!! 1000CC V-Twin with 130 horses will keep up with any of the newer stuff...better than inline fours out of the corners IMHO.
