An update: After emailing them, they responded with an automatic email saying to expect 3 day wait (business day) before a response to my email; which turned out to be about right...they responded with a request to resolve over the phone (no 1-800 # though)....so after talking to them a couple of minutes (they were nice about it and apologetic), they emailed me a return shipping UPS label to send back 2 of the front rotors and promised to ship out the correct rear rotors after receiving them.
