selling my Vehicross
So, as I am moving house and have a baby on the way all the toys are being sold under strict wife instruction. My Yamaha Waverunnet has gone and my stand up ski fits I. The back of my van so the vx is now a show pony as I have nothing to tow any more and the diesel bmw is a little more practical for the family.
It's a silver 1997 JDM. It has been lifted with the torsion bar crank and flipped ball joints. It has bigger spirings in the back and blue/yellow blistien shocks all round. It also has a slight body lift and the diff I'd dropped on alloy spacers. It's currently sat on MASSIVE 35" maxxis creepy crawlers on zero offset black steel modulate. These stick out a good 4 inches. It looks fantastic and I have never had any bother off of the law. In case of mot requirements I have a brand new, never fitted set of 5" and 4x4 wheel arch extensions. If you like that sort of thing. I have 5 of these tyres / wheels but of course the spare won't fit in the space saver so it's just spare. It has the recaro interior. The original jack, toolkit, space saver etc. Recaro / vehicross original mats. Sat nav with Japan disk + remote. Tv. Reversing camera etc. Head up display!
I have carbon wrapped the middle of the bonnet. The Windows are tinted mirror silver. It has wind deflectors and a tow bar. It has a large green cotton air filter that really sounds great. I have the original airbox too. It also has a full stainless JDM exhaust system.
The only thing that's a bit poo are the Windows. They go down but have to be helped back up. Maybe the door cards need removing and the mechanism cleaning. The motors / switches work fine.
It's about to go in to my local 4x4 specialist who sets up bowlers for competitions to have a full service, wheel alignment, diff oil change. Gearbox oil change new wheel bearing and new front cv joint gaiters all relaxing with super stretchy neoprene ones. General drive system overhaul + setup.
The tyres make lots of road noise but hey, it's a bloody big truck with them on. I also have 4x 31" tyres on OZ Racing rally disc alloys too if the road noise is too much.
It has a tow bar. It's sills sit a good 24" from the floor. It's mint.

not really tried yet. meant to get a few photos before it went in to the shop. i have a few but i have not advertised it as i thought id stick it on here first.

easy solution. sell the wife and kid, keep the VX

had to stick the 31" wheels back on it yesterday whilst the wife drives it about as her vectras clutch has packed in :(
im worried for it!
