ABS Code 16 and Code 43

Was in my garage troubleshooting my ABS yesterday...and still am right now. ABS dash light turns on and off intermittently. My ABS fuse is good and I’m currently checking all the wheel speed sensors with a volt meter to see if they’re detecting the reluctor rings. But, after more online research for tips and tricks (for those who don't have an ABS scanner), I was able to figure what I think are my ABS codes…16 and 43. I found a code chart: 43 "FR Holding Solenoid Valve" and 16 "CLASS-2 Communication Line Abnormality." (I originally looked at an online chart that gave different info, but then found the codes in the actual MY99 VehiCROSS Service Manual.)

Going to try and follow the steps, but seems a bit higher than my modest technical experience. Any helpful tips with Codes 16 and 43? I am determined to eventually figure out my ABS issue.
