Hey all,
Lets have a head count of Georgia and sorrounding area members. I'm thinking a Dragon run (N. GA Mountains drive) in late Febuary or early March the way weather has been, we can expect little traffic and some scenic fall views.

Alright, so far good response. March it is. This is my first time organizing so Cyrk I might need your help. March 11/12th or March 25/26 either of those weekends look good. (This is only a daytrip)
Last time we met for breakfast at the waffle house on 400 (In Cleveland, GA I think). That might be a good spot again...Cyrk feel free to jump in here. Everyone else, let me know feedback on those dates, we'll try to accomodate everyone.
Come August, I'll be a Georgia VXer as well.
The 25th/26th is good if y'all would like some Floridian VX visitation. We may even be demonstrating some towing prowess! ;)
March 25 -26 better for me...will be out of the the other weekend.
Anyone know how far the closest ski slope might be? Would want to spend more than 1 day up there, so if the vx event is 1 day I need something else to do.

It sounds like the tentative plan is to meet the weekend of March 26th. I think this time we should meet someplace closer to Atlanta so that there's cell phone service - the last time we met north it was a bit iffy.

I heard from Joe yesterday and he can't make this weekend. It's actually not the best weekend for me either - I'll still show up if we do this but it might be better to get concensus from everyone interested before commiting on a date.

Sorry everyone, haven't had any time to put the new u-joints in the IronMan and we've got to trailer another XR4Ti back down when we make it to Atlanta. And the Dragon doesn't have a hitch.

Dang. Sorry to hear that. Good luck with the transporting though. I'm envious that some of you have TWO of these sweet vehicles.
