BillH23, where's the roof rack?

Bill, I've made many attempts to contact you through your full PM box here on the forum and directly via email. After paying you promptly on July 23rd via PayPal I have yet to receive the roof-rack or any response to my request for a status or tracking number. If you no longer have any intention of honoring the transaction please refund my money, I'll even eat the PayPal fee. Otherwise just ship the rack and send me a tracking number.

I don't like airing this here, but want to give you one last opportunity as I see from your profile you've been on the board here frequently since the transaction. The purchase was made from you in good faith, and I'm a very understanding person. But I have little tolerance for those who take advantage of others. Do not prove yourself to be among that ilk.

Got a similar problem here. Purchased an IronMan Hood decal from Bill about a month and a half ago,paid him on PayPal...nothing yet! :madr2:

I'm in minneapolis, i tried to buy the roofrack, wanted to meet up with him but he has not returned any pm's or direct emails, i eventually gave up on him. Fortunately i didnt lose any money.

Call him every 15 minutes starting at 2am...he will either answer the phone or turn it off :bwgy:
I think the Minneapolis crew should pay him a visit and not leave until he hands them the $$ he owes every one so it can be sent back to them!

You know, this just isn't right. Scott, is it against the law that his telephone was posted so someone that got burned by this a-hole can google him to get their money back? He didn't burn me. It's the principal of the issue!

Not particularly against the law but againt the policy of the site.. That's why I censored it.

A name that matches his comes up in Google but if you check other phone book sites, there are several that match.. Can't say this is the one for sure. Bad thing is, he signed up with Hotmail account so....
I have suspended his account on this site due to the fact I have received several of my emails back.. I'm awaiting him to confirm his email address and rectify this problem.

Bill's PM box has been full for a long time now. I had left several messages there before. Last message I got from him was over a month ago saying that he was on the road a lot and that he would get the hood decal right away.
Still waiting.....Still waiting.....Still waiting...
And he has my money, along with a lot of bucks from other members :mad: :mad: :mad:

I have just filed a complaint with PayPal and have sent Bill a "money request" for the $25.00 he owes me (according to his PayPal status he is a "Premier Member" with a high verification number of "93")...go figure??????

Bill Paid Me Back

I was notified by PayPal that Bill Henke has returned my money to my PayPal account....After I had filed a formal complaint through them.

So Bill....Thank you for at least doing the right thing...finally!!! :(

I suggest that the rest of you who were scammed by this (Former) member do the same thing to get your money back.
