Looks like an old military vehicle of some sort...probably from one of the World Wars.
Its a London taxi cab.
Aside from the advertising, I dig it! Pretty mean looking rig!
There are these two weird trucks I keep seeing Reno as well. They are definitely something very old, they have two spare tires mounted on the fenders slightly behind the front wheels, and they say "four wheel drive" on the side.
I need to get a photo of one for identification purposes, as I have no idea what they are. They look slightly similar to this thing.

had a petrol tank on the rear quater, i like it!! would look good on the VX :D other side the tank was missing you can see the straps
