Could ya post a full size image, so I can take it to paint & mark the ones I like?
I think the best rear rebadge I have seen was done in the "NASA" font.....
James
Ok, I will make a bigger image and number them. Sorry I should have done that in the first place. The NASA font is cool.:p

Ok, I made 5 pages with 34 different fonts. If there is one you like let me know. There is a number for each font. Thanks.:)

Hey, wow... that's the exact same font I'm using on mine! :)
Incidently, I'm trying out a somewhat-cheaper way to debadge the wheels. It looks really good right now, and was really easy, but I want to give it a few weeks of weather before I call it good. $15 is a pretty good number in my eyes, though! I'll write it all up soon.
cool im curious to see what you debadged your wheels with, i debadged mine with an adhesive foil sheet of diamond plate from ebay.. i think it was 1.50 plus 2 shipping.. has held up over a year, got 6 center caps out of that piece (4 + full sized spare + one got destroyed by an angry rock)
I gebadged the back wheels with a piece of vinyl from my stripping kit. It looks good and has lasted for about 2 months. I didn’t need it for the front, I have manual hubs.
Oh, that's good to know. I'm using self-adhesive vinyl. You know those Chartpack Vinyl Letters? They sell that stuff in sheets. A sheet is about $3 at the art store, plus a $10 circle cutter.
I didn't want to say anything about it until I gave it a few months of weather. I don't honestly expect it to work very well... but it sounds like both you and Kodiak have both had luck with vinyl sticking around a while.
Well, maybe it will work!
Edit: After four years, I can report that that heavy black vinyl worked GREAT. For anyone wanting to recreate, you make 4 100mm circles and 1 50mm circle if you want to cover the logo on the steering wheel (this doesn't hide as well, but you'll have extra vinyl, so why not?) Carefully clean the wheel cap with isopropyl alcohol, then let it dry completely. Note that some isopropanol may seep under the disk, so be sure to give it plenty of time. Then, starting at one edge, gently roll the vinyl on. Try not to trap any air bubbles, and try not to 'bend' the vinyl. Once it is down, rub well with a cloth or something.
