I think I can safely say that we're all car nuts here, so I thought that everyone might be interested in seeing this. It's a little long, but WELL worth watching. The car is unbelievable!! :eek:

...got the chance to see this machine at a auto show a while ago. simply stunning.
-biju.
First suitable competitor in a decade to the McLaren F1. Nice to see new benchmarks in engineering.

Im a McLaren fan. It just looks better. I love the center driving postion concept.
I was going to buy one of those, but that would mean I would have to park the VX in the driveway instead of the garage. I just can't do that! And it only does 250 mph? My VX would leave it in the dust (at MOAB!)
too bad its buttugly
Ummm... ;eekb;

Batman called and he wants his grill back. :p
Other than visually, the engine clearly has a place in my garage, haha.
I've seen a few of these in person here in San Diego. My roommate works in commercial real estate and one of the brokers he works with just bought 2(!).
Answer: I don't know why...
They're pretty awesome inventions but who will ever drive them like they were built to be driven?
FYI- registration is over 100 grand a year on one of them!
:eek:
lets hope he doesnt break anything, just hte little blinker switch (the little stick thing) is a good 30k. but im sure if u could afford 2 of them 30k is nothing more but chump change.... :p :pQuote:

I love it, just hate that front grille.
I guess if I could afford one, I could change the grille a little.
Hmmm...The world's most expensive single car accident.

The story and more pics were up over the weekend....rich businessman, kid took the car out for a joy ride in the rain. Somebody needs an arse whoopin.
Bim
yea.. i believe the legal term for that kid is deceased
..so do you have to do 75% worth of damage to a car like that for them to total it.. or will your insurance pay hundreds of thousands to fix it i wonder :confused:
I think if you fart within 100 yards of that car, it automatically places a call to the insurance company....Quote:

its acutally no longer really special, theres a british car (blanked on the name) which has mroe power and is faster (top speed).Quote:

Not the Ariel Atom which is way cool, but the Barabus TKR which looks like an older GTP car. It has yet to made other than the prototype. Claimed 0-60 in 1.7 seconds and a top speed of 270mph. If I have to choose between the two, I'll take the Bugatti, if I must.
::sigh::
Tough choice.
If I HAD to choose, I'd take the Bugatti also. If they were giving them away.
That car is pure science fiction.
1001 (conservative) bhp, 16cyl., quad turbo....screw the grill!! What's not to love? Personally, I'm not a fan of the quilted leather "Zonda" interior either, but I'm not about to turn my nose up at a Pagani 'cause of the seats
I can't disagree with the major complaints here, but the car is really a retro-rod based off of the mid 1920's type 35 Bugatti. The main cgaracteristics to carry over are - The grill, the wheels, and the brushed steel interior. Besides if we are inside, who cares what the grill looks like.
I like them both.....
But overall I am a Saleen S7 fan for a current exotic
BUT OVER-OVERALL..........1989 - WHITE COUNTACH LAMBORGHINI
