The rescheduled Fall Arizona Wheeling trip is now a winter trip

Okay, since everyone had to bail (for various reasons) on the spring trip to Charouleau Gap it is now the winter trip!
Plans are for the 2nd Saturday in January (13th) 2007.
TIME: 8:00am
WHERE: Will meet at the car wash in Oracle (77 to American Ave. about 1/4 mile)
Will be on CB channel 13, will bring FSR's also
So who i going to make it this time? Who knows, we may even have some snow!?!?!?!?
All are welcome! Come represent!
As the date gets closer we will finalize all the little details so check back.

Looks like fun! Alas, I can not make that sort of trip just yet - still need to rebuild my front 3rd member. You might be too far away anyway... Planning on the Moab trip though!

Hi Tri,

I'd really be up for a winter visit to AZ, but my VX is still feeling under the weather. I'm going to renovate and restore her from the core outwards...first the engine issues, then the passenger cabin, then the suspension, tires and wheels.

Then a thorough detailing.

By the time you guys meet her, she's going to be spank-tastic.

But I doubt if she'd be ready in time for a January road trip...still, we can hope!!!

I'm taking a couple of cars out to Scottsdale in Jan., but I'll be driving a big Ford and three car trailer. My wheeling activities will be pretty much limited to the auction, but meeting one or two of you guys is always cool. We'll see what happens.

Two weeks till armegedan! Were are the rest of the gang?
Chopper, if you want to ride shotgun with someone you are more than welcome. I'm sure there will be a seat available. Victor will be heading down from that area or you could cruise the truck down and ride along.

I'll post up the final details by this weekend!

Me, VCamilo, and VXCaver have confirmed.
There has got to be more out there that want to see some of the most beautiful scenery Southern Arizona has to offer. We will be skirting the west side of the Catalina Mountains which have a fresh coat of snow (a storm rolling through this coming Thu&Fri may bring some more).

Oh, man! I'll be in Phoenix but without my VX. My flight gets into PDX at 8 am Saturday. Oh well maybe next time.

I mean I'll arive in PHX. I'll be flying out of PDX. :)
