2006 Subaru Impreza WRX/STI (World Rally Blue) - sold (no more car payment, yay!)
1999 BMW M3 (Titanium Silver) - totaled (parked in a tree Christmas Eve 09)
2001 Isuzu VX (Proton Yellow) - bought because I had to have something to drive and stumbled across it in Alabama of all places
Not sure yet if it's my style. But I figure it's lived in Georgia all its life. Someone up here will buy it once I've fixed the little things that need fixing (EGR, PCV, CV boot) and add a few things (keyless entry, remote start). Might even break even!
I don't think I ever posted pictures of my new car once I finally got it four months after I ordered. I'm especially proud of it because I spent the last 4 years helping design it and now I get to drive it around. I parked it in the garage for the winter almost a couple months ago and immediately noticed that I still get 5 times as much attention in my 8-year-old truck. The other day a border guard asked me if the VX was a new show-car. Unreal.

Chock full of fun! Every day is an adventure, and every day we get "Thumbs Ups" on any of those rides.
Right now the only vehicles are a 2007 Toyota Camry and the 99' VX. More recently I've had an 85' lifted Suburban, an 88' crew cab F350 dually, an 86' Firebird, a 67' Chevy Biscayne, 70' Camaro SS, 67' Chevy K10, my 97' Rodeo, and a few other toys. All went by the wayside to help fund our new house and move. New toys to come though :) Had alot of cool ones in the past too.
I just got my Green Dragon and my other ride is a little darker.
2007 Harley Street Bob Modded to where I own one of a kind!
Wow, James, that's gorgeous! My brother has a '91 Twin Turbo in the white pearl (can't tell if yours is same pearl or not). He's had like the entire car chromed inside (ok, slight exaggeration), modified to the max and converted to racing fuel. He shows it and has won some awards, been in magazines. I understand your love!
I was in it once, on an open bit of freeway in Florida, flattened me back to the seat, almost pee'd myself:freek: I think at around 120 mph or so I told him I was goin' kill him....:laugho:
See I told ya'll it was an inherited gene, both brother & I got it!
1989 honda transalp white, 1990 honda pacific coast red, 1996 subaru svx red and 2001 vx black

What 'else' I have in the garage, huh? Well, due to far too many tools and reptiles, I have a 1998 Honda Prelude in the driveway (currently for sale) beside the VX.
2008 Subaru Impreza
1999 VX!
1968 Mustang Coupe V8 289 Hi-Po (LOVE HER)
I sold a 2003 Mach 1 to buy my 99 Ebony and I'm currently pretending to be restoring an 85 SVO mustang. I say pretending because it's been going on for over 2 years now...
I've got my VX, my wife's 07' Camry and the 93' Amigo right now, give me a little bit and I'll have more in my stable lol. What's taking you so long on the SVO man!
I have a lot of other things I'm trying to do... training for triathlons and working 13+ hours a day don't allow me much down time other than the 7 hours of sleep I get a night!
haha ya your a beast man! Just send it my way and I'll get to work on it for ya ;)
I seem to have plenty of time even with 20+ hours a week of Ironman training...oh yeah, I forgot. I don't have that "work" thing to get in the way:bwgy:
What race(s) are you training for? I've got a few more short ones this year but my "A" race is Silverman...hoping for a top 10 overall finish if all goes well!:yesy:
All I do now are sprint distances. I swim and cycle at olympic distances but I don't want to up the run and go for a full on olympic triathlon (emphasis on the try!!) until I can get under an hour. About 7 more minutes of improvement and I'll go for the bigger runs.
So far I've only done one triathlon, it was a sprint, finished at 1 hour 7 minutes and change... I'd been "training" for one for several months before I did it. There is another race local to me in Ocala in August sometime I'll be doing and that will be my push to under an hour and then I'll up distance to a "big kid" tri!
Work is very aggrivating with the hours required of me, but for about 7 months a year it's Monday-Thursday and 3 day weekends. That gives me plenty of time to train harder, but during the weeks I'm either too tired or short on time to get any sort of real distances/times in. It'll get better someday. I've got a plan to quit my job and go work at the Home Depot mixing paint buckets part time to pursue my TRYathlete ambitions!
and I honestly don't have the attention span to do an Ironman! Athough I'm jealous of anyone who can even attempt one, much less finish it!
Very cool...just remember everyone started somewhere...and rule #1 HAVE FUN! I have been racing for 18+ years. If you ever have any questions or need some tips just drop me a PM! And good luck:yesy:
I plan on doing this for a long time. I think I can cut most of the time needed out of my transitions! I started running without socks and cycling without socks too. That should cut out almost a minute hopefully, and I got a different jersey that's easier to get on, then just practicing a few bike to run transitions (my legs were rubber for the first race!) and I should be able to get to my goals.
Well let's see....
2008 Z06 Corvette
