We have a plotter at work but I dont think they would appreciate me using it for something like that.

Well dangit, now I can't find my copy of it. Does anyone have it to upload so the rest of us can "borrow" it?
YEAH dub. How in the heck do you find, and keep track of, everything? You're always right there with links to threads that have been dead for years when ever someone is looking for information. If rickshaws clean VX is a sign of a dirty mind, what does all of this mean about you?:biggringr
OK, next question; what would be the best way to download the images? Should I just right click on them and save them as a picture to my computer, or would it be better to go to your gallery and download them from there somehow? Just trying to figure the best way to get a good high res copy. Could you email them to me? Would that be better?
:_confused...I dunno, I've got a head full of compartmentalized VX info., with the emphasis on mental...:_thinking
As far as the res is concerned, you'll have to hope one of the smarter boys or girls responds, I don't know jack diddly about what's the best way to get these from me to you.
But no matter which way works best, it shall be done...
Let me know if you need em' emailed to you.
They're the same resolution in his gallery as they are here in the thread. The only way to get a higher resolution copy is to find someone who has the original in higher res.
BTW,
Dub da man. Dat boy got hiz shat together.
Mark and whoever, I took the VX-Ray image and photochopped it a bit and tried to clean up the linework a bit and then saved it as a 24x36 image (I think that worked anyway). Tell me if you like it and I will do the other image to match but it may not come out as good... Also I can invert the colors to save on ink. I could also change the white linework to be yellow, green, blue, reddish... I could also add the VX.info banner to the top - or something else to fill up that spot.
EDIT: The photo upload tool shrunk it big time - I have it saved as 24x36 on my comp and it looks ok. I don't know why it decreased the size so much, it is cold though and shrinkage is a bitch!

Thanks Dude,
That looks pretty good. The lines are heavier than the ones in the file that I printed from (may print better). I don't need the second page reworked but some of the others might want it.
I found the original file and I uploaded it to my gallery. It's a 210KB gif file.
Tom
EDIT:
"I don't know why it decreased the size so much, it is cold though and shrinkage is a bitch!"
LMAO
Yeah sure, we could go back to the thin lines too if it seems to read better. The file on my comp is a 501 kb 24"x36" jpeg - I don't know why it scales it down here tho.
'cuz I have it set that way. Most large format photos carry a large file size as well (Several mb) so the system resizes to keep the file size down and to keep the scrolling complaints to a minumum..
I can do Ldub's idea and put it (The large original) elsewhere
** Don't tell the real boss I was looking at this thread!! **
Here are a couple others that may be of interest...

HAHA! Your secret is safe...
If we're going to get all official about it, I can spend more time on it later (famous last words) so there could be a nicer poster of the schematic available for download. For now tho, should I just email it to you, Scott? "Whatcha-whatcha, whatchawant, whatchawant?" :)
sure, email works fine
Dang!!!
Just noticed that I mis-spelled Snowtrooper Jr on his pic. Guess I'll fix it on next go 'round (gotta get the frame shipped out today).
BTW, it takes the frame more than 2 hours to cycle through the pix. SWEET!!!
Done. Wrapped. Walkin out the door to Post Office.
:LineWave:BIG UPS to Tom!!:LineWave:
I'll second that!!!!!
Peace.
Tom
Great job Tom!
woohoo tom!!!
Actually, thanks to the whole VX family. I couldn't have pulled it together without all the help.
Just think, Scott will finally be able to spend a whole day just reading through this thread.:)
WOW!!! I got a wonderful package when I got home from work yesterday. I was tired and drug out from doing 14 hours working on warrants. I walked through the door and Lo and behold, this BIG square package sitting at our kitchen counter. Even if I should have waited 'til Christmas, I couldn't!!
That is the biggest and most beautiful picture frame I've ever seen! I got it all hooked up and stood in amazement.
Tom, there is no words that can express my feelings. It's beautiful and I absolutely love it!!!
Thank you, and everyone who participated!!!! I really am blessed!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
:)
WooHoo
BossMan gets to watch: gorilly feets, Bart da mudmeister, & goonie bird's revenge all through the holidays.
God Bless us ... everyone
I'm gonna remove the pix from pbase. I'll keep a copy on CD tho. If anyone wants a copy, send me a PM (I know there are a few who already asked & I haven't forgotten).
BossMan posted the pix in a zip file in the DL section for everyone to enjoy. The offer still stands tho, if anyone needs a copy on CD, just send me a PM (I know there are still a couple I promised & I will get them out next week).
Handito - yer old - read carefully. I said PM ... not BM.
Still :ot: a little.
Can ya still buy that stuff ? If so I'm gonna buy some for T4B. He's sure been kinda cranky lately.....maybe it's...."irregularity".
They say some of the problems with getting old is when ya do the Pee it's only a trickle. When ya do the poops it's really a strain.
However in my case: Every morning at 6:00a.m. I pees like a race horse
and poops like a baby.
The problem is: I don't wake up till 7:00 !
WAYYY OT :ot:

Gee, aren't ya sorry ya taught me about the other smileys Dub?
Since we are so OT, I'd collect all of the smilies I could find but then the page (The smilie picker) would take forever to load. So what what you are doing is ok, just remember you are at the mercy of their server so if it goes down, you're gonna have a bunch of little red x's. If you find a smilie that you just cant live with out send me a link and and I'll add it to the collection. I do clean out the not so popular ones once in a while so there's room a lot of the time. Topic back on
Sorry, couldn't resist....
