They sell every part for a VX including thousands of parts that dont come on a VX. Why ebay allows such dishonest sellers is beyond me. I have reported them directly but apparently one is not enough. Instead of buying anything from them I would suggest reporting them as well. They have some type of auto posting software that will post every part they have for every vehicle on their list. My FX35 had one of these mounted on the roof a few inches back from the top of the front windshield. The actual antenna was integrated into the back glass (stupid idea imho btw, radio went staticky whenever you turned on the defroster), but apparently Infiniti thought adding the fake antenna made it look more sporty. I guess because it made it look more like an R/C toy?
