I got a little freaked out coming back up - because the car audio system is sooooo heavy in the rear - i wanted the extra security. only thing on the other end was Tone & Gill... yikes!

Yeah, I think VX safety was more important than a couple of slow spotters (including myself... "get out of the way QUICK if it starts haulin' a** your way")... but there were no real close calls, and we have learned our lessons. Now... we just need to keep all those body parts IN the VXs' windows. Peeking out the window to check out the line is one thing, but I know there's very little chance any of us could keep our 2 ton beauties from flopping over by sticking out our arm!

I'm still waiting for more pics of my rodeo on trails. The one pic I have is cool but its only 1 pic :rolleyes:

New mirror for the ML55 - $1200. Being in Moab with the ASC VX Crüe - PRICELESS! 7 yrs running and it is still a blast to be there. But driving is better than ridin' by a LONG shot. See ya'll next year....

Last year we had three of us (VCamilo, tomdietrying, and triathalete) who went in like you and out like Grandpa Bob. We had a great spotter in Dallas (StinkyFab) that year.

This year we had the driver,Biju, but we didn't have Dallas to spot us out.

There's always next year.
