Action shot of Ldub climbing the hill...
http://www.nofuture.com/vx2008/ldub.gif
And shortly after this Robert climbed up the mountain and out came my new favorite Dumke line:
Dumke: (puffing and puffing at the top of the hill)
LDUB: (also puffing and puffing at the top of the hill) "Robert, do you smoke?"
Dumke: "No, I eat"
Me: " "
Ahhh, such good times.

Sorry Jo, your video didn't work out :( I was watching you with my eyes instead of through the camera, so It was pointed at a rock. :(

Got the right front hung up on the rock in front of it and while trying to bump up onto it the back end slid into the big rock. Couldnt back up at that point so had to be strapped. Was at the beginning of Dome Plateau.
Okay so I have all the pics I took on one website. I have it set to a private setting so only those that know the URL and the password can get in. You can also add your photos to the page as well. Maybe this will make it easier to load the pictures for that album we are creating. If you would like the full size of any of the images just let me know and I will email you the full size picture... though I think they are pretty big already.

Awesome pics......one I found distrubing. I did not know they made ugg boots for dudes. I hope whomever that was, was either drunk and or joking. Wierd.
Whatchoo talkin' bout Willis...
I've been wearing Ugg boots since the early 90's (though not in the desert), they're great!
Just cause guys aren't wearing them in "style central" (indiana), doesn't make it wrong in the rest of the world.
There are many different styles & customs outside indiana...no really, I'm serial.:rotate:
You apperently have an internet connection, use it to see what else is out there.
You might be pleasntly surprised...or even MORE disturbed. :smilewink
I guess I'll take "wierd" (sic!)
Then I'd be in the company of :-
WW1 & 2 Pilots , bomber bay "dudes' and front & rear gunners that used them to keep their tootsies warm.
Australian Sheep shearing "dudes" , to battle the cold nights on the outback stations.
60's surfers 'dudes' that popularized the use of Uggs as warm apres surf wear
90% of the Americas Cup racing crew 'dudes' in Freemantle Australia in mid 80's ( where I first became a "user" ! )
First time Moaber 'dude' that had warm toes till the sun heated things up....
...anon.
Ya I'm weird...and I guess "wierd" , whatever that means :p
jo
.
Thanks for the grammatical correction - do we have a literature professor in here?
Not only do I have the internet I also have this invention called a television that portrays numerous walks of life. Thus far in my viewing career I have yet to see such a thing. Furthermore I do travel and have always traveled and have yet to personally see it as well.
No big deal at all. I had just wished it was for comical purposes only. I would not be caught dead in them. The end....
Now back to MOAB pictures.
Ldub and Jofotos... two of the BEST ugg wearing PEOPLE I know SERIOUSLY!
:smilewink LOL
We can sure clear out a room when we put our minds to it...:naughty:[/QUOTE]
JHarriss,
Now, I'm just curious why you would insult someone you don't know, and then get upset when they correct your spelling? My guess is you are not secure in who you are. You only feel better about yourself when you tear someone else down to prop yourself up. Now, I don't know you, but I do know JoFotoz, and I would say he's pretty darn secure in himself. You, my friend, could learn a few things if you don't judge someone because they are not like you.
Peace.
Tom

BTW-you can check your spelling on the internet when you're looking through your travel sites. :)
Now, let's get back to the Moab pictures.:)
Tom,
I just gotta say, having you & the rest of the "VX core of wheelin' buds" (you know who you are. :naughty:) as my friends, is one of the things that make my life so rewarding & fun.
Talk about " I've got your 6 "...perfect example...two :thumbup: to you my friend!
Oh yeah, why is it, that the "i before e thing" doesn't apply to weird...or weight for that matter???:rolleyesg
:laugho:
yea i might have to bring myself some ugg's for warmth at night too....
LMFAO you people crack me up. Jo you one cool fella in my book man. But I was laughing at me friends gf for wearing them because on her feet they looked like the Michellen<sp> man's feet. Had a roll in them.
So this begs the question are we going to have a UGG only run? If so then I need to go get some myself.
Also Jo man that had to be killer if they keep the toe's warm in that heat. I would been like eee gad.
and LMFAO I love the keyboard wars. BOOM! you sank my battelship.
Well, there certainly was one in this thread:
http://vehicross.info/forums/showthread.php?t=9519
food for thought, indeed.
;)
I was not trying to insult, I honestly thought it was a joke but I guess not. Ill admit I do not have a filter from what I think to what I say.....To each his own.
Its all good "dude".....I SUCK AT SPELLING TOO/TWO/TO ????
Just try a pair of UGGS...
....and remember , grammar and literature have NOTHING to do with spelling!
