OK. Took me two hours, but I did it. I had to remove steering column covers, remove lock cylinder snd re&re tumblers. BTW inspect keys - found crack, so before it happens again - get another key cut.

I notice that pic is taken from above, IIRC, you can access the heat shields a little easier by moving the splash shield on the inside of the fender well.
