No, they are talking about the actual motor assembly, I do have one of those in my garage for the drivers side...

Thanks. Where is it actually located then?

They are selling the actual switches you press to operate your windows. The motors (which Marlin has) are not in the ad.

OK, but where ARE the motors located? I don't recall seeing anything that looked like a motor when I've had my doors apart...but I may have missed it since I was focusing on the rubber track. I know I can look it up, but I'm being lazy :mbrasd:...

They are in the door but the reason you didn't see them is that they are mounted behind one of the cross bars of the door. They should be fairly low in the door & centered front to back.

I'll save you some searching: Look on page 8F-36 (page 1620 of the pdf file) - it's called the regulator.

You're looking at a different item #, but that is weird. Maybe this guy collects them? How else could someone end up with dozens of these things? :confused:
