you know i was thinking bout using nightshades and doing what the carbon fiber ones looked like. now that i have seen it, im gonna do it whenever i get around to ordering some =).
Here's what I did to my car (300C). Mixed black paint and clearcoat, sanded the taillight, painted and 2 coats of clearcoat.
Turned out great--this way you can go as dark or light as you want.

That looks really slick. How long have you had them that way and how well does it hold up to weather exposure?
ive been using the spray tint on all my cars and have never had a problem before. They have been on my VX for about 3 months now.
you just have to do it right the first time.
No problems as of yet. If I come across anything major, its an easy redo. Took my paint guy about 1 hr. then a little drying time.Quote:
