Sorry it was an abrupt response, I was posting from my phone. The HF solar kit is actually pretty good if you replace the controller and drop lights are nice too. I have had it a few years, panels have never had a problem. Compared to the 400+ dollar kits at other sites, 125 bucks is really nice.

that's cool. ive been trying to convince my folks to get solar for their house.

Finally done with the axle. Damned near killed myself trying to get that axle under there by myself. Stacks of 4x4s to get it high enough off the ground to roll the axle underneath it. Still need to wire up the brakes,and add some mudflaps. Very sexy, matches the VX height perfectly.

Camped in style this weekend. Lights and large fan ran all night on the battery, solar completely recharged it during the day. Expedition trailer success!
