The mesh was tacky with a wax paper cover to be removed before applying. I dind't trust that so I first stuck it on, got the contour I wanted and then bondo'd the back side/inside of the door. Let that set and applied the bondo to the outside of the door. So it's kinda sandwiched in there. Hope it holds!
