1pm? Does that work for everyone?

works fine for me....1 pm then?
anyone heard from rallydude? i'm surprised he didnt jump in on this. ill see if i can get a hold of him.
I sent an e-mail to jemorga and to biju to see if they want to join us as well.
1 PM at BW and I'll look for you guys about 12:30 or so.
Spring meeting on February 19? Is that like when they sell Christmas stuff in stores on Halloween? I should be up for it, barring any glitches.
I got a note back from biju and noticed above that he's up for the meet.
I have not heard back from jemorga yet.
Looks like we're gonna have a great group.
Ya, should be a fun meet.
Do you know if your gonna be able to make it scott?
Okay, so Saturday Feb 19, 1pm at BW3 -- er, Buffalo Wild Wings -- 8255 S Chester st, Centennial, CO 80112?
Yep... Planing on it... ^^^^^ IS this the final on the location? ^^^
Thats the time/location- Jack, can you add the info to the thread description?
See you all in a couple days!!!!!
event has been updated, now we can get a more accurate head count anyhow. that'd probably be good, ill try to make a reservation once we have an idea.
Jack, I would count all the people that replied with a "yes" as coming. I know Biju signed up to come, but I doubt that he'll check in that often so may miss the part about signing back up.
If you make reservations (do you really have to make reservations at Buffalo Wild Wings?) for the number of people that said yes before, and we end up with less then that'll be just fine.
true true.
is everyone set on BW's? or would anyone be open to rock bottom brewery? its right next door, and much better food/beer in my opinion. Just around the same price- $7-10 per meal. Plus my girlfriend works there, so she is also requesting the change so she can say hi to everyone.
Works for me.
I also heard from jemorga and he's not going to be able to join us.
I've never been to either but the brewery sounds like more fun.
I say Rock Bottom! No matter we be plannin'!
I'm excited now. Looking forward to seeing some old friends AND getting to know some new ones.
It's snowing like a son-of-a-gun up here now so hopefully this will pass by Saturday morning and I can make it over to you guys.
SO, who do I need to pick up on my way into Denver?
CONVOY!!!!!
Mark, Give me an idea of when you'll be around I70 and Wadsworth and I will join you there.
Dan
im really hoping that you guys can make it down from the mountains. Its supposed to snow a ton up there.
mark- whit said you better find your way down because she wants to see you.
Dan, Google Earth is telling me that it will take about 3 hours 20 minutes to get there from here. I'd like to get there a little early because I'm sure there will be some VX geeking out before lunch (after too). If I leave here around 9ish when will that put me in the Wadsworth area? I have your number now so I can call when I get to Idaho Springs. Will that give you enough time? Anybody else want to join the VX train?
Jack, it has been snowing a ton up here, but it's in the upper 30's so the roads are wet, but not bad at all. I haven't checked the weather yet to see what's going to happen in the next couple of days, but my biggest concern would be Vail Pass or the tunnels. I'll keep an eye on it.
Also, Jack, you don't have to use Whit as an excuse. If it's you that wants to see me then just say so. I'm looking forward to catching up with you. See? That wasn't so tough.
ok, ok, ok. You caught me :)
well, in all reality, you were the FIRST VX'er i ever met... at the co-zu meet in buena vista in 06, you had just bought your VX and were on your way home.
Cant wait to see the fam. should i make our reservation for 15? is that a safe number?
who else are we missing off the new list? i know Rallydude is one of them. Who else am i missing?
That will give me plenty of time if you call from Idaho Springs. I was looking at the Map, there is no reason for you to come all the way to Wadsworth, unless you have a reason. I70 and C470 would be better and we could take C470 to Park meadows rather then I25. Up to you let me know what you'd rather do.
Dan
Dan, I don't know Denver all that well so I'm just going where Google Earth is telling me to go, and I think it has me going past Wadsworth. If you know a better way let me know and I'll follow you.
Anyone else North of BWW?
Mark,
From Idaho Springs to BWW:
52.7 miles taking I70 to I25
44.3 miles to taking Hwy6 to I25
45.8 miles taking C470
Familiar with Colorado Mills Mall? Can meet around there, easy access to I 70, C470 and hwy6. If you leave around 9, 3 hrs to Colorado Mills puts you there around noon. I will be there earlier, plenty of places to spend time, grr and money there :) Do call from Idaho Springs and we will be waiting for you.
Just incase: Take I70 to Colfax past Indiana St then Colorado Mills is on the right side.
Dan
Dan, not familiar with the area, but I'll head to Colorado Mills and meet up with you there. I'll call as I'm passing through Idaho Springs so you can time it.
I've been PMing with Richard Payne and it doesn't sound like he's going to be able to make it. Again not being that familiar with the Denver area, would anyone be interested in heading over to his shop in Fort Collins? Is that a long way away from where we'll be?
I will be coming down from Boulder. Look forward to meeting everyone.

Man im a day late and a dollar short, I would love to meet people who also have a VX, I live in Las Vegas but I am planning a trip to Colorado in the end of March, maybe I can meet some local VX owners/gurus and see all the goodies in person.
See everyone in a few hours.

.
Foxfire Red Mica landing momentarily. :)
Firsties? Rock Bottom Brewery right? Am I being punked?
Sorry, I'm not going to be able to make it. I'm a bit sore from errands, pt & a spill yesterday. I'll be all good, just sore. Hope you all have a fun time. I'll try to update my status.
Great turnout and a great time. Others have much better photos, but here's a start.
9 VX's in one place...amazing (and some guy with a 4-Runner)

Yes sir, it was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones. The "I'm Nutz" award goes to Workmeistr for the last minute decision to attend.. Kudos to you for coming all that way!
Very nice time and worth the trip. Now to plan the camping trip!

I've posted the pictures from my camera, including the group shot in the restaurant above, to a Picasa WebAlbum.
I can probably dump the rest into the gallery, be we should get us a "/2011/Colorado Meetup" folder first, probably.
Thanks for posting the pics, Michael. It was nice meeting everyone.
We should come up with some kind of speed dating thing where the owner of each VX gets so many minutes to introduce themselves and describe the mods on their rig while the others walk around observing...but I think too much while driving, err, at least when I'm not watching DVDs through the ice storm and 100-mile fog bank (Casino and Clerks got me home safely) Thanks to everyone for their CO hospitality, Bren.
