I have the Isuzu OEM version of this backup sensor. Works okay, progressive beeping is a bit erratic. I have it turned off right now.
Not sure where it came from, one of the previous owners must have installed it. I'm on the BB (training is super boring) so you'll have to flip through my gallery to find the pic, but there are 3-4 sensors mounted in the rear cladding. The control unit for it is installed in the tire iron storage compartment, and the on/off/volume switch is mounted on the passenger side of the center console.
Here you go Sue, I was wrong on the number of sensors, it's just two, which probably explains some of the inaccuracy. You can see them pretty clearly in this pic:

That's pretty cool VT, wonder if I could haxor my unit to install its sensors in the cladding. Seems like it should be fairly simple. Gonna look into it.
