Any interest in joining us for the 2nd annual Mammoth campout in July? It would be a great chance to get your new tires dirty.....
Best,
Man that looks good! That is one clean machine. Be carful when moding the foot pedals, there's been some accidents caused by people stepping on the brakes and the gas at the same time because the gas pedal was too wide.
Hexomat just came out with a custom-fit backseat mat for the VX ()http://www.autoanything.com/floor-mats/75A2570A0A0A.aspx that I'm probably going to order in the next few weeks. I already have their cargo area mat which is a near perfect fit out of the box, so hoping for the same quality there as well. I'll post pics in a different thread when I get it installed, but thought I'd post a link here in case anyone else might be interested.
We now return you from this mild thread jack... ;)

As always, nice work and meticulous!!!:)
Unbelievable...honestly, thats in amazing condition and your workmanship is awesome !!!!! :smack:
I agree with crotchrocket, that dragon is in brand-new conditions.
It's advantage to own a garage, unfotunatly i only got a open driveway so if any job is to be done it's at the weather mercy :(
I can't even conceive of a truck that clean. KUDOS.
I've always heard that a clean truck is a sign of a dirty mind ... Starting to wonder about you son.
I
Clean as a whistle. I love that skid plate. Now, since you have the cleanest VX in all the land, what do you use to clean the cladding????
Has your VX even been outside!!!! That thing looks amazing, you aren't the real life version of Monk are you? LOL, your rig looks sweet.
I
[QUOTE=rickshaw;163342]Thanks, SomeBeach
I use this on the cladding: Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance (Natural Finish)

Thanks....now to find a place that carries it.
Underside doesn't look so hot from the pics in the other thread, but it looks great from behind!
Ditto. It does look totally awesome from the back-end. The shoddy welds and overall bad workmanship of the muffler shop is hidden unless someone is down on their knees looking at the undercarriage.
In the one picture showing the rear differential/axle-- I can see you with the camera laying on the concrete garage floor taking the picture in the "reflection" of the rear differential housing. That is just wrong!!!
OCD...Anal...I'm not sure but they both seem like understatements. This thread is sickening...in a good way. :D
I really need to get some better bumpstops for my VX as well.
Bart
Yep saw it. You said.Quote:

I am just saying...his VX cleanliness invites veiwers to do just that!:yesy:
RiffRaff,
I hope your JK-ing.
Peace.
Tom
Wow! Breath man, breath!
RICKSHAW--- Your VX is simply impressive from every angle and sets the standard for all others to emulate. Keep your personal standards at their current high mark and demand the exact same from anyone who works on your VX.
Gene,
I do like the tips. What brand and size are they??
Thanx; Ldub, you always find a way to make me smile. Rock On!!!
Glad you can take a joke with the best of em' Riff...two ... to you!
I was gettin' a little worried, that you might be takin' this whole "life" thing too seriously...:_beer:
Rickshaw, I apologize for the TJ.
Now, without further aujus,..aw-dew,..adue..hmmmm can't spell tonight..we return you to our regularly scheduled Rickshaws Mods thread...:flower:
I
Looks great Gene, but did you ever recoup anything from the botched job? I sure hope ya get somethin' back!
What did the OC Muffler folks have to say about the previous install job? Is the Magnaflow muffler & pipes just trashed now? I'm just curious....
Mo Bettah !......
Nice pick on the tip, looks agressive but not ricer-boyish. Another great job!
I
Ha, Ha...
RS, your diff cover is so clean, I can see your reflection in it...
That's amazing... a little obsessive, but amazing.
