Clear cache and cookies and hit F5 to reload the page. If that doesn't work...
When logged in to Google Maps, under "My Maps", remove the map(s) (could be duplicates) by clicking the [x] to the right of the title. Hit F5 again and then come back and click on this link. All should be fine.
What happens is everytime you click the link on the first post (or the one above) while logged into google(gmail, docs, maps, etc.), you duplicate the entries in the "My Maps" section creating some confilicts. If you want to check the map again. GO DIRECTLY TO GOOGLE MAPS and login to view the map. Or... you can just repeat the process's above over and over. :)
You can also find the map here, without the edit functionality from gmaps...
I have had no problems seeing the map at any of the 5+ computers I touched today...
Great idea!
I'm in too. Btw, somebody needs to move "St. Charles Isuzu - Ask for Merlin" from eastern North Carolina to their actual address in Missouri...
If I could make a suggestion... might be nice to have everyone use the colored VX avatar for their placemarker. As a Foxfire owner I know it would be cool to see if there's any Foxfires nearby without having to click each placemark...
Someone must have accidentaly moved the St. Charles avatar. I will move it back. Also, people can change thier avatar to whatever color matches thier VX. Having color-coded pins for easy reference is a good idea.
I added myself - odd but most don't show up on the map and I don't show up on the list. I'll refresh.

im there, pretty cool idea looks like one other person in my state :( no one to go weelin' with.
Wow I even impressed myself. I'm on the map. Most of you will not think much of this, but I used to consider myself computer illiterate, now I consider myself computer "stupid".
My bad, I never even saw this thread. I've added this into the site. You'll find the link under the main menu for easier access. It's titled VX Map
