Ya I have 139K on my truck and the stock brakes are still on it (not sure about pads obviously) and they work great.

My issue ended up being the rear calipers seizing up after this winter. The salt/rust from our lovely winters added up and they gave up the ghost. Plus.... simply wanted slotted rotors. ;)
RamAirz, sry mate, I TOTALLY forgot to measure the pad thickness. Using new OEM rotors and can't imagine there is much of a difference, if any at all, between the OEM and the EBC though.

I just ordered EBC greenstuff for the front and rear, getting rid of the ceramics I had. They just don't have the low temp grip I want. I will measure mine when they arrive. I have no upgraded to Apex SS lines (not the rear t-line, gotta get that from Indy4x) magnum cross drilled rotors. With the new pads, I hope to have decent braking.
