it's the cold that does that to us Darlin.
I had this happen to mine a few months ago... not the shrinky dink, but the fluid tank leak. :p
To me it was an easy fix...
I just unbolted the reservoir (2-3 bolts).
Pulled it up and out.
Pulled some hose slack out from the hold-downs.
CUT the hose, about 2 inches from the end (refreshing the inner diameter to nipple connection).
Re-attached the hose and remounted the tank.
DONE!
No more problem.
