Though I've found that a combination of benedryl, kava-kava extract & melatonin knocks me out for 6-7 restful hours...:deadgray:...:sleepgray

I'm not recommending that for anyone else, as I'm not a doctor, & I don't play one on TV.

That's just what works for me...:smilewink

I have to take a break now & then to get some actual WORK done...:laughgray

Gotta keep my report up to date, walk my rounds, check out all my cameras, alarm & activity monitors, clean the lenses on the laser cannon...
