I followed those instructions (per a rather recent post) for polishing and they came out GREAT!!!!.

However, I did not put lexan over them. I did not see this anywhere. It's been a couple of weeks now since the polishing. I still have a few more of those polishing pads. Is it to late to add the lexan? Should I repolish again then add the lexan? Where can I find it and is it hard to put on?

Sure, it wouldn't hurt to give them a very little polishing just before the lexan cover. I did mine last march and they are still crystal clear

There is a dismantler on ebay selling doors he has a whole VX he is taking apart I posted his email under parts he may still have the headlights available.

Where do you purchase the lexan?
