I WON'T MISS THAT HORN CRAIG! I hope you didn't put that in your jeep
Bummer Stephan sorry to hear we won't be wheeling together. Have a fantastic time in Italia!

One of my co-workers was in Moab this past weekend and stayed at a place that could take the place of the Red Rocks if it ever came to that. It's called "glamping" and it looks like it would be a lot of fun. I wonder if they would give us a good rate if we rented out the whole thing.

Wow! Way Kool! It's like those fancy places you see on an African Safari. Wee bit pricey! but guess I could "settle" for the Safari Tent! :goof:
Dang it's a huge picture....sorry!

That looks cool Mark but browsing their site me thinks its not cheap ;)
"Glamping" haha clever. Best of both worlds - if they came up with a decent group rate I would be interested in that...
I dunno...I was in a tent for that sandstorm last year, that is one reason why I am staying at the Red Rock this year.
Anybody looking to share a room at the Red Rock? I've got an extra bed if anyone is interested. I'll be there from Monday the 12th and leaving Saturday the 17th.
Stephan, sad to hear you aren't going to make it this year. :(
My 18yo daughter and her BF may be looking to share a camp spot if any are available. ASnyone got room for another tent?
I'll be heading out Sat 10th probably through wednesday, pretty much like last year. Joe's checking his travel schedule but we should have the RV again. Nothing like leaving it down to the wire!
Looking forward to seeing all yous guys!
No loud horn on the new rig--no place to hide it.
An 8 lug Trooper? Now you're talking. Can't wait to see it.
I think there needs to be at least one run with ALL the VXs on it. They are rarities and damn fine vehicles besides. The opportunity to display as many of them as possible on the same trail should not be missed and should be photographed extensively. I suggest Hell's Revenge.
I wouldn't have thought 30 to 40 vehicles on a trail was doable, but having just come from Easter Jeep Safari, I can say it is.
Wow, just watched a video from this years Easter Heep Safari of Steelbender...holy rock stacking batman! The wall had rocks stacked nearly half way up!
